Thank you for shopping with Bubu Dudu Story. We offer international shipping to the destinations available at checkout. Please review this Shipping and Delivery Policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping destinations

Bubu Dudu Story ships to customers worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local delivery restrictions.
If your destination is available during checkout, we can currently accept an order for that location.

2. Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, or peak holiday periods, processing may take longer.

3. Shipping methods

We work with established carriers and logistics partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
Orders are sent using standard international shipping unless another available shipping method is selected at checkout.
The available shipping methods and estimated charges for your address will be displayed before payment.

4. Estimated delivery time

Standard international delivery typically takes approximately 1–15 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may vary because of the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated using the destination, parcel weight or size, and selected shipping method.
The total shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.

6. Customs duties and import taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
Bubu Dudu Story is not responsible for customs processing delays or for charges imposed by customs authorities.

7. Shipping address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, unit, postal code, and contact telephone number required for delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Bubu Dudu Story is not responsible for loss, delay, additional postage, or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

8. Tracking your order

After your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number when tracking is available.
You can follow the shipment through our Track Order page or through the carrier’s tracking service.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

9. Delivery attempts and unclaimed parcels

The carrier will attempt delivery to the address provided with the order.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local facility.
The customer is responsible for following the carrier’s instructions and collecting the parcel before the carrier’s deadline. Additional costs caused by an unclaimed or refused parcel may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

10. Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs where applicable.
We will review the shipment information and, when appropriate, work with the carrier to open an investigation.
Please do not discard damaged packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the carrier may require it as evidence.
